My Google Ads conversion tracking is saying 'inactive'?

You may see something like this in your Google Ads account:

This is normal to see before you receive any conversions through your Google Ads campaign. Once you start receiving conversions you'll notice these conversion goals will change to active.

You can always double check with the Simprosys support team (Google Shopping Feed app) if you want them to check for you as they are responsible for the conversion tracking on your store.
