When selecting a niche, is there an average product that is too high?

Generally the higher the average price of the products within a niche, the better. More profit per order = less orders needed to make your target profit per month.

However there are a few considerations that come with selecting a niche with a very high average product price. It's not an exact science but if you were selling all products at £10k and above, you might find that the search demand for these products would be quite low due. Also with very high ticket items, the expectations of your customers will match this level. It may make it a more difficult niche for a first store. However, I am sure that people make it work but these points are worth some consideration when making your niche decision.
