When should I get an accountant on board?

It is completely up to you when to reach out to accountant to get them on board with your business. They will provide their expert knowledge to help you with your tax returns and more accounting advice, however it is a monthly cost for you to take on with consideration.

Firstly, I would recommend that you watch the video that Lewis has recorded with a chartered accountant. They discuss the frequently asked accounting questions asked by members and also about when to get in touch with an accountant. This video can be found underneath module 1.3 in the masterclass. 

Generally you may want to wait to ensure that your business covers the monthly cost of an accountant or when you are completing a tax return which you would like help with. Alternatively, if you want help straight away and you are comfortable with the monthly fee you can reach out to an accountant earlier. When you explain your current financial situation to an accountant, they will be also be able to advise if it the right time to work with them.
