When should I hire my first VA?

Lewis covers this question in Week 6 as part of module 6.3 - 'Building The Dream Team'. 

It may be the right time for different people at different stages in their business journey. It will be when it suits you and your business growth.

One of the most, if not the most important consideration is can you afford it? This does not mean out of your own pocket but instead when can the business afford to allocate a small portion of its monthly profit to hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA).

Also consider your time. If you are being overrun with other tasks and you are missing customer calls / live chat which could be leading to sales, it might be the right time to hire.

Also bear in mind a handy tip, if you cannot afford to hire two VAs, then you probably shouldn't hire one. This is very useful to keep in mind and will prevent you rushing into hiring a VA.
